The People, Roles & Systems Intensive helps organizations examine how work is currently assigned, communicated, and completed. Through interviews, facilitated conversations, and practical systems analysis, we identify gaps, overlaps, bottlenecks, and areas of unnecessary strain. We then help clarify responsibilities, improve working processes, and create an actionable plan for moving forward.

Team Clarity
Some working relationships are too important to leave to chance. The Working Partnership Intensive is designed for cofounders, business partners, leadership pairs, and others whose ability to work well together directly affects the organization. Using DISC and Kolbe insights, we help you understand your different communication styles and natural approaches to work, identify predictable areas of friction, and create practical agreements around responsibilities, decisions, communication, and conflict. Through leadership consultation, facilitated conversations, and thoughtful review of organizational practices, we help teams examine difficult decisions, identify gaps between values and behavior, and develop practical frameworks for acting with greater integrity. Areas of focus may include accountability, employee dignity, stakeholder impact, workplace culture, responsible leadership, and the human consequences of organizational decisions.
